Music with stress
Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies, especially slow, quiet classical music. This type of music can have a beneficial effect on our physiological functions, slowing the pulse and heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing the levels of stress hormones.

What stress is?
Stress is defined as an organism's total response to an environmental condition or stimulus, also known as a stressor. Stress typically describes a negative condition that can have an impact on an organism's mental and physical well-being.

La majoria dels mètodes de relaxació per a disminuir l'estrès consisteixen en la relaxació de la ment humana. Una de les millors maneres és la risoteràpia. Amb la que s'alliberen endorfines, unes hormones que relaxen i lliberen alcervell de l'estrès.

28 February-Workshop with an elder musician in the music room.

Sessions on stress with the school councilor.
Students will make a leaflet with the following information according to the working session:
*Identify stress
*how to cope with stress
*identify stressful situations in your everyday life
*possible solutions for parents, students and teachers.

The leaflet must include the logo of the school and the project. Both are in the blog of the project. There is a link in the school webpage.
